Our speaker today was Richard Saferstein, Ph.D. Forensic Science Consultant. Dr. Saferstein is the author of numerous text books used in high schools and colleges. He retired as Chief Forensic Scientist of the New Jersey State Police Laboratory in 1991 after serving 21 years. We were very lucky to have him as todays speaker!!

Our Shomrim meeting was kicked off with a welcome by Commander Michael Calderin, head of the Broward Crime Stoppers program.
